OPERATION CAST LEAD

Having seen the reporting on Operation Cast Lead (OCL) Yvonne wanted to find out for herself what really happened. She entered Gaza on 28th January 2009, just five days after the cessation of OCL and was surprised to see just how misleading the reporting had been.
We feel sure that Yvonne's presentation will prove to be a fascinating insight into what she saw and experienced at this troubled time.
Yvonne was called to the Bar in London and New York. She has published poetry in England, America and Israel and has broadcast on BBC's Radio 4.
Written evidence from Yvone has been submitted this week (30/06/09) to the United Nations Fact Finding Mission of War Crimes during Operation Cast Lead
